Peningkatan biaya maintenance diakibatkan oleh meningkatnya jumlah kerusakan mesin. Oleh sebab itu Sistem Maintenance sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan jumlah kerusakan mesin.<br />
Banyak perusahaan telah melakukan sistem maintenance di bagian Produksi<br />

Identifikasi mode kegagalan dan metode pemantauan gejala kegagalan juga penting, untuk membangun program pemeliharaan yang paling efektif.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kursus ini dimulai dengan membahas definisi rotating equipments, enis dan fungsi utama mereka, serta karakteristik umum peralatan berputar dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja mereka. Kemudian, diskusi rinci tentang peralatan berputar utama, yaitu pompa, kompresor, turbin dan kipas / blower, akan diberikan. TPembahasan mencakup klasifikasi untuk setiap jenis, karakteristik kinerja dan mode kegagalan sering. Those play very important and vital roles to flow the &#8220;blood&#8221; of a plant. In every plant or production operation system, we find pumps. However, unlike bolts and nuts, neither industry nor production-operation management will put pumps in stock. It is NOT cost effective and is very uncommon practice to put a complete set of pump in the warehouse stock due to financial reasons.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Proses dan operasi merupakan cakupan dalam kegiatan pengolahan gas. Cukup banyak sekali proses-proses yang berlangsung di instalasi pengolahan gas, seperti gas sweetening, dehydration, fractionation, serta heat exchanger. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses dan operasi yang terjadi dalam pengolahan gas. Pelatihan ini akan memberikan penjelasan terkait hal-hal tersebut secara komprehensif yang diawali dengan pembahasan mengenai sifat dan karakteristik dari hydrocarbon sebagai komponen utama penyusun gas baik LNG maupun LPG, serta hubungan P-V-T dalam fasa gas. Dalam pelatihan ini juga akan dilakukan latihan beberapa perhitungan yang digunakan untuk memahami sifat dan karakteristik gas, serta gas processing.
